Double Citrus Carrot

Hello, we know many love orange juice every morning and today we have a spin on one. Enjoy and stay hydrated!⁣

Double Citrus Carrot:⁣
Clean, prep and chop all ingredients to fit your juicer. Juice in the order given. ⁣

2 oranges, peeled⁣
2 lemons, peeled⁣
4 carrots⁣
4 celery stalks⁣

yield: approx. 20 oz⁣

Carrot:⁣
* Carrot is the workhorse of the juice world. Full of beta carotene, which breaks down to vitamin A in your body. Vitamin A contributes to a healthy immune system and is vital for eye health.⁣
* Each cup contains 1/5th of your daily required intake of biotin. Biotin is needed for the regular production of insulin which is needed to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. A mistake many people make about carrots and carrot juice is that because it is sweet it is bad for us. Sugar water like soda's are bad for us, but carrot juice, with beta carotene and biotin, vitamin C, and minerals has a completely different effect on the body.⁣
* One of those minerals is molybdenum. This is required for the activity of sulfite oxidase, which helps move sulphur around your body. Sulphur is the key mineral involved in detoxifying contaminants in your body and molybdenum is required to make sure this process can happen.⁣
* Each cup contains 1/10th of your daily required intake of Vitamin B6. You need vitamin B6 for the production of red blood cells, and is important for the metabolizing of carbohydrates and keeping up healthy energy levels.⁣
Celery:⁣
* Celery is rich in phytonutrients including those with anti-inflammatory benefits.⁣
* It contains pectin based polysaccharides that support your digestive tract and may help improve the integrity of your stomach lining. It may well be the pectin in celery that gives celery its reputation for soothing digestive issues.⁣
