Kale Juice
Kale is enriched with vitamin K and calcium, increasing your bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
Ingredients
- 3-4 stalks organic kale
- 2 stalks organic celery
- 1 chunk fresh pineapple (about 3-4 inches cubed) – peeled
- 1/2 lemon peeled but leave some of the white pith
- 1 inch ginger peeled
Instructions

Wash all the ingredients carefully with water so that they are nice and clean.

Use the cucumber and celery to push each ingredient one by one through the juicer, and then enjoy your fresh kale juice.
