Kale Juice

Kale is enriched with vitamin K and calcium, increasing your bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
Prep Time: 5 mins, Servings: 8 Servings


  • 3-4 stalks organic kale
  • 2 stalks organic celery
  • 1 chunk fresh pineapple (about 3-4 inches cubed) – peeled
  • 1/2 lemon peeled but leave some of the white pith
  • 1 inch ginger peeled


  • Wash all the ingredients carefully with water so that they are nice and clean.
  • Use the cucumber and celery to push each ingredient one by one through the juicer, and then enjoy your fresh kale juice.
