- 2 Oranges
- 3 Carrots
- 1 knuckle Raw Ginger
- 4 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
- 1 small handful of ice
Instructions:
- Peel the oranges and make sure to leave a white pith on since that’s where the majority of nutrients are.
