Hello, we have a delicious juice today that combines nutrient rich cantaloupe with cucumber and pineapple. Cantaloupe is very high in vitamin B6 and vitamin C. We find juicing a nice way to use up extra cantaloupe, eat half one day and then juice the rest the next day! Of course cucumber is very hydrating and also rich in silica which helps strengthen our connective tissue. Pineapple is also high in vitamin C and enzymes. Lastly, lemon adds its vitamin C power to this immune system supporting juice. Delicious and hydrating, enjoy!
Wash, prep and chop ingredients to fit your juicer.
1/2 cantaloupe, rind removed
1 cucumber
1/2 pineapple, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
Yield: approx. 20 ounces
*TIP: If you find the pulp backing up in this recipe make sure to open and close the pulp exit lever a few times while juicing. This helps release the extra pulp from the chamber. You could also feed some of the juice back through the machine again while the machine is running.
