Healthy Homemade Juice

Hello! Today we are sharing our own version of a healthy, homemade juice. Using fresh vegetables and herbs creates a blend way better than anything you’ll find in the store.

Clean, prep and chop all ingredients to fit your juicer. Juice in the order given⁣

1/2 cup parsley⁣
2 cups spinach⁣
1 lemon, peeled⁣
2 tomatoes⁣
1/2 cucumber⁣
1 red pepper⁣
2 carrots⁣
4 celery⁣

approx. 24 ounces⁣
⁣*pinch of sea salt⁣

Parsley - Parsley is a versatile herb that provides a rich source of nutrients and phytochemicals. It's most known for its concentrated levels of vitamins A, C, and K. This combination of nutrients can improve bone health, prevent chronic diseases, and provide antioxidants.⁣

Carrots - Carrots are great for improving cholesterol levels. Regular consumption of carrot juice can increase antioxidants in the blood to prevent oxidation of blood lipids like cholesterol. ⁣

Spinach - Leafy greens like spinach are amazing superfoods. Spinach is one of the richest, plant sources of iron. It also contains vitamin C which actually helps improve the body’s absorption of iron.⁣

Tomatoes - Tomatoes are great for protecting your skin from the elements. They are high in a nutrient called lycopene, which boosts the skin’s natural defenses against free radicals and sun damage. ⁣

Celery - Celery juice is a great way to take electrolytes up a notch. It contains the electrolytes potassium, sodium, and magnesium, which help your body hydrate better and fight off puffiness. Whether you’re using this blend as a mocktail or the real thing, we could all use some added electrolytes.⁣

Cucumber - Cucumbers have a lot of potential when it comes to our health. While they aren’t known for being exceptionally nutrient dense, they are known for their water and electrolyte content.⁣
