Lemon – Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps maintain healthy skin, bones and teeth. They add a punchy, tart flavor to recipes and can help offset the sweetness of other fruits like pineapple. ⁣

Pineapple – Pineapple is a nutrient-dense, sweet fruit that is great for juicing. They’ve been used for decades because of their bromelain content. Bromelain is an enzyme that helps our digestive system breakdown food. You’ll commonly find this enzyme in supplements or digestive enzymes, but you can get it straight from a pineapple too!⁣

Raspberries – Raspberries and other deep red/purple colored fruits are a rich source of resveratrol. Resveratrol is a polyphenol best known for its cardiovascular benefits. Research shows it’s an important nutrient for prevention of chronic health issues like cancer, heart disease, and hypertension. For the best tasting juice, choose dry and plump raspberries. Keep refrigerated and avoid washing them until you’re ready to eat.⁣
