Watermelon season--Juice the rinds

Watermelon rind has useful nutrition too (there's research about arginine to increase nitric oxide).

Juicing the rind tastes bland and inoffensive. I mix it with other veggies I'm juicing. I eat the pulp and juice the rind, adding a bit of carrot to sweeten it and sneak in greens such as parsley (magnesium, folate, salicylates).
