Orange & Pomegranate Juice

Hello, we’ve got a gorgeous and refreshing juice recipe, perfect for dreary mornings. The tartness of oranges and lemon perfectly balance the sweetness of the pomegranate and carrot. It even makes a great mix-in for a cocktail.

Clean, prep and chop all ingredients to fit your juicer. Juice in the order given
1 cup pomegranate seeds
4-6 carrots
2 oranges
1 lemon, peeled
18 ounces

Pomegranate - Pomegranates are an amazing juice addition to support healthy blood pressure. Just two servings of pomegranates or other nitric oxide rich foods can improve vasodilation. Vasodilation encourages healthy blood pressure to prevent blood vessel damage.
Carrots - The most obvious feature of carrots is their classic, orange color. They get this color from beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. Vitamin A is one of the most nourishing vitamins our body needs to support healthy skin and vision.
Orange - Oranges are another great food to support healthy blood pressure. Citrus fruit is a great source of the nutrients potassium, magnesium, and calcium which encourage blood vessel regulation.
Lemon - Lemos are great for juicing because they cut the sweetness while providing a light, fresh flavor. They contain powerful bio-flavonoids and antioxidants like vitamin C. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin linked to health benefits such as collagen formation, enhanced antioxidant activity, immune functions, and optimized iron absorption.⁣
