2 cups cranberries⁣
1 apple⁣
1 beet⁣
2 grapefruit, peeled⁣

approx. 20 ounces⁣

Cranberry - Cranberries are an underutilized superfood. Proanthocyanidins, which are responsible for the ruby-red color, are responsible for numerous health benefits. Regular cranberry consumption can help decrease urinary tract infections, improve heart health, and decrease inflammation.⁣

Apple - Apples are incredibly versatile for juicing. We love them for the sweetness they add to juice blends, but they also have plenty of health benefits. Their strong antioxidant activity can help fight against cancers, high cholesterol, and cardiovascular disease. ⁣

Beet - As we mentioned, the phytochemicals in beets provide it’s gorgeous color. The deep purple/red color comes from betaclains. This phytonutrient is a powerful health-promoting agent that can help the body resist high blood pressure, cognitive decline, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Use the entire vegetable to reap its full benefits!⁣

Grapefruit - Grapefruits have a long list of health benefits. Just one grapefruit is a great source of vitamin C, B1, and B6, potassium, and magnesium. Some research also suggests they can improve insulin resistance, body composition, blood pressure, and cholesterol.⁣
