Ingredients
2 apples
2 pears
1 cucumber
1 courgette
1 large bowlful of spinach
1 unwaxed lemon
1 handful of parsley

No need to peel anything. All you need to do is juice everything, pour in glass and enjoy. 💚

Juicing tip -if you are using a fast/centrifugal juicer - pack the spinach leaves and parsley in between the harder produce to ensure maximum extraction of juice.

Why add Parsley?
This earthy little herb, with its bitter tastes, really lifts the muted juices of cucumber, courgette, pear and apple.
Whilst the spinach infuses wonderfully with the lemon juice. 💛💚

Parsley is an excellent source of Vitamin C,K, E and a good source of Vit A. It’s high in iron and also contains magnesium, potassium, calcium as well as flavonoids, antioxidants and folic acid.
