Plum Carrot and Blueberry Juice

Hello! Our juice blend today is a recipe that will bring your typical carrot juice to the next level. The recipe is a delicious combination of vibrant blueberries and plums that add an extra pop of sweetness to the carrots.

Clean, prep and chop all ingredients to fit your juicer. Make sure to remove all plum pits. Juice in the order given.⁣

1 cup of blueberries⁣
2 -3 medium plums, *pit removed*⁣
6 carrots⁣

Carrots – Carrots present with a gorgeous orange color. That vivid color is all thanks to carotenoids, which are part of the vitamin A family. Carotenoids help protect our body tissues from damage.
