Juice Cleanse FAQs

What is a Juice Cleanse?

Cleanse is a diet claims to detoxify your body. It is also known as detox diet. When a cleanse is done using only juices as diet, it is called Juice Cleanse. Typically cleanse packages are designed to give your body enough nutrition that your body needs on any normal day. However, liquid diet rests your digestive system.

Cleansing has been used since ancient times for healing purposes. In technical terms, a cleanse is used to bring the balance of good and bad bacteria back in your intestine.

Do you provide instructions in the cleanse package?

Yes. All our cleanse packages come with instructions. At first, receive an email with pre-cleanse instructions.
When you get your cleanse package, you will find the instructions during cleanse and post-cleanse.

Benefits of Juice Cleanse?

There are plenty of benefits. Here are a few to get you started.
a. Rest your digestive system. Your body's engine is working all day all night. When you give it a rest from solid food, the digestive tracks get a chance to heal themselves. This helps in better absorption of nutrition from food when you start eating after your cleanse.
b. Your normal food feeds the bad bacteria in your intestines. When you starve them by not eating your normal food, they die. So your body flushes toxins.
c. Opportunity to abstain from food that is not as healthy.
d. Reboots your system resulting in mental clarity, better quality sleep and glowing skin.
