Hello - we love green juice! Our recipe blend today is so refreshing, it’s a great way to recharge and cool down after a good workout. The cucumber base is incredibly hydrating. While the other ingredients help balance out the juice to create a delicious, nourishing blend. Enjoy! 🥒 🍏⁣

Clean, prep and chop all ingredients to fit your juicer. Juice in the order given:⁣

1 cup parsley⁣
1 lime, peeled⁣
1 cucumber⁣
1 green apple, cored⁣

yield: approx. 16 ounces⁣

Parsley - Parsley is a popular herb that’s been used for centuries. It was originally used in Mediterranean regions for food, perfumes, and soaps. It was used to treat everything from high blood pressure to kidney disease due to its diuretic and antihypertensive properties.⁣

Lime - Like other citrus fruits, limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants. These compounds offer numerous health benefits. Drinking lime juice can help enhance your immunity, iron absorption, and heart health.⁣

Cucumber - Cucumbers have a mild, refreshing taste. They are often hailed as a great way to hydrate since they are approximately 95 percent water. However, the benefits don’t stop there. Cucumbers also contain other beneficial nutrients, like vitamin B, C and K, copper, potassium and manganese.⁣

Green Apple - Apples are great for a number of reasons. They contain a variety of phytochemicals. These protective chemicals help ward off chronic diseases and oxidative damage. ⁣
