How to descale the coffee machine?
Fill the water tank with descaling solution and water mixture to the max line per instructions, press the large - cup button (without a capsule) to empty the solution, then refill with fresh water and press the button again to rinse.
Can I fill the tank with hot water?
The water tank of SiFENE coffee machine must be filled with room temperature water of about 77°F (25°C), instead of heated water.
Can I brew k-cup pods in the SiFENE coffee machine?
Yes. SiFENE coffee machine could brew with K-cup pods. Our reusable filters have specifically researched 99% of capsules in the market.
Why did I only get 2 ounces of water when I pressed the 6/8/10/12 ounce button?
Descale needed. Fill tank max with diluted descaler, run large cup without capsule to empty. Refill tank with fresh water, run large cup again to rinse. Descaler then water rinse cycle will clear minerals and restore water amounts.
How should I prevent the water tank leak?
We recommend always putting the water tank on the coffee machine to prevent the water tank leak.
