It takes me more than ten minutes to separate the auger every time. Is there any way to disassemble it easily?
It is difficult to disassemble the auger individually. The correct procedure is to pull out the auger, filter, and juicing body together and disassemble these separately. This disassembly method will simplify the disassembly process and allows the removal of the auger in less than a minute.
Do I need to Peel fruits before Juicing?

My new juicer shut down and doesn't work. How do I fix that?
Please check the plug has not been pulled out accidentally from the power socket or that the switch turns off. Meanwhile, the juicer has a safety lock setting which means the juicer will not work until the juicer has been fully installed.
