What's the difference between a cold press juicer and a centrifugal juicer?
A cold press juicer uses slow, cold pressing to extract juice, preserving nutrients by not damaging the fruit cells. Centrifugal juicers use fast spinning blades, which can generate heat and destroy some nutrients.
What can I do with the juice pulp?
You can use the leftover pulp to make fruit salads, add it to pet food recipes, use it as plant fertilizer, and more.
Do I need to peel fruits before juicing?
Yes, the peels of fruits such as oranges and grapefruits have a bitter taste and contain oils that may upset your digestive system and lead to bad indigestion. We highly recommend that always peel off fruits before juicing!
How long can I store freshly squeezed juice?
For the best taste, drink your juice right away. If needed, you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
My new juicer shut down and doesn't work. How do I fix that?
Please check the plug has not been pulled out accidentally from the power socket or that the switch turns off. Meanwhile, the juicer has a safety lock setting which means the juicer will not work until the juicer has been fully installed. If you are unclear about how to install it, please refer to the installation video on the link or contact the SiFENE Service Team.
What can trigger the machine's safety protection mode?
The machine may temporarily stop working if it’s not assembled correctly or if it overheats or experiences overload (E0). Simply disassemble and reassemble the machine according to the manual to restore normal operation.
