What's the difference between a cold press juicer and a centrifugal juicer?
A cold press juicer uses slow, cold pressing to extract juice, preserving nutrients by not damaging the fruit cells. Centrifugal juicers use fast spinning blades, which can generate heat and destroy some nutrients.
The juicer's outlet clogs with residue after juicing, which is difficult to clean. What should I do?
In this case, you need to use the brush to push the residue out and flush it directly with water to clean the juicer's outlet.
It takes me more than ten minutes to separate the auger every time. Is there any way to disassemble it easily?
It is difficult to disassemble the auger individually. The correct procedure is to pull out the auger, filter, and juicing body together and disassemble these separately. This disassembly method will simplify the disassembly process and allows the removal of the auger in less than a minute.
Do I need to peel fruits before juicing?
Yes, the peels of fruits such as oranges and grapefruits have a bitter taste and contain oils that may upset your digestive system and lead to bad indigestion. We highly recommend that always peel off fruits before juicing!
My new juicer shut down and doesn't work. How do I fix that?
Please check the plug has not been pulled out accidentally from the power socket or that the switch turns off. Meanwhile, the juicer has a safety lock setting which means the juicer will not work until the juicer has been fully installed. If you are unclear about how to install it, please refer to the installation video on the link or contact the SiFENE Service Team.
